Our exercise diary contains answers to all of your FAQ about exercise:

•  How often should I exercise?

•  How hard should I be working?

•  How can I create my own workouts?

The diary also allows you to keep a log of the work you have done so that you can monitor your progress and keep a record of everything you have achieved! Remember that if you are currently undergoing treatment, maintaining the same level of fitness is a big achievement.

Active Against Cancer is an NHS run service, free to anyone with a diagnosis of cancer in the Harrogate area.

We provide bespoke activity packages, tailored to the individual needs of each patient, throughout their cancer journey.

PERSONAL CONSULTATION

Patients undergo an initial one-on-one assessment with a specialised Physiotherapist, before working with our team of dedicated trainers.

Active Against Cancer offers a wide variety of exercise classes, activities and guidance around exercising with cancer.

COMMUNITY HUB

All of our assessments and classes take place at our base at Harrogate Sports and Fitness Centre; however we can provide at-home programs when needed.
